Drinks are good, food is good, the staff had always been pretty nice, I have known them for a long time, so it is upsetting to have the altercation I had last night. The host graciously turned on a small TV for the WNBA game, we ate, ordered multiple drinks and weren’t disruptive but with less than two minutes left, the manager unexpectedly switched the channel to a random baseball podcast that no one was interested in—especially since the majority of customers were focused on the NFL games playing on over 20 TVs. I have to say this is my 1st time at this place and Cindy has been so exceptional, inviting and deeply attentive Round the clock providing us with amazing customer service, refilling our drinks without us asking, making sure we were good. I am one who appreciate great service when I see it and when I feel good I bring everyone I know to the place the next time around. 1 am happy I came here. The atmosphere and food at 1Republik is amazing! I had Nya as my sever and had the pleasure of meeting Mike Frank (management) and providing them with nothing but compliments!
