I made reservations for 8 people 2 weeks in advance. We arrived to a super packed house with barely any standing room. holiday season OK to be expected Our reservation was at 7 p.m. We were told that people were still at our table and we would need to wait 10 15 minutes. We were seated 20 minutes later after we asked again. We then sat there for 30 minutes before anyone even asked us for our drink order. After 45 minutes we had to ask to place an order. We then ordered appetizers and dinner. After another 30 minute our dinner was brought out WHAT NO APPETIZERS???? We stopped in for dinner, it was fairly busy but they did seem to accommodate our party of six very well. The service was pretty good, the food was better. only thing I really think of that was slightly annoying was we explained in the very beginning that the check was going to be three people on one bill, three people on the other bill. When she brought the initial bill to the table it was all on one bill they had to take a back and then when it came back every single person got a bill with things on it that they didn't order. Placed an order through DoorDash the order was confirmed delivered within 30mins… to the WRONG HOUSE! I call the “dasher” who said they were on the way… then ghosted me. (DoorDash eventually refunded me)I called 105-Ten, the young lady who answered the phone was courteous listened fully to the situation. She then put her manager on the phone, also very courteous, professional went beyond my expectations. He had me place the order with them directly AND they would deliver it to me (they don’t deliver)!This is customer service/ satisfaction at its FINEST!

This is the second time I've ordered food from this restaurant. The first experience wasn't great, and two years later, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed again. First, the food is overpriced for the portion sizes. Second, they sent me a burnt steak! It was supposed to come with a variety of sides, but what I received was not what was advertised. The steak was inedible due to being overcooked and tasted terrible.
This is one of my family, specifically my two sons, places to go to eat. Every time we go, we have an amazing experience. The severs are top notch and are always friendly. And this is before we even eat. The sticky bites are a must. The chips with blue cheese dipping sauce are outstanding. Between the burgers, salads, tacos, grilled cheeses AND Mac n’ cheese, there is something for everyone and none will disappoint.
The burgers are fantastic, but the place can get a bit crowded and noisy. It feels more like a lively bar than a traditional restaurant, which draws in a diverse crowd. I recommend making reservations in advance.
