The customer service at 7-Eleven during the evening shift is terrible. The staff stand at the counter and completely ignore you for several minutes, then tell you to come back later. When you return, they say they don’t have change to help with your transaction. Someone named "owner" responds to complaints, but nothing ever gets resolved. There have been issues reported since 2020, and reading the feedback makes me realize this hasn’t improved at all in 2021. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location because of a staff member who was quite rude. She treated the customers poorly, which led me to decide to stop visiting this 7-Eleven. I live right across from the freshman center, so it's disheartening to have to look for a new go-to spot because of her behavior. I wanted to bring this to the manager's attention. DO NOT GO HERE! It appears to be getting worse by the day. They tend to overcharge you when it's time to pay the bill! Additionally, the Indian woman on the noon shift on Wednesdays has an unpleasant attitude and lacks good people skills.
