A colleague and I ate here during Restaurant Week and we were very impressed with both the quantity and the quantity of the food. It's a small place, so a bit noisy on a Friday night, but we were seated earlier than our reservation and served promptly and attentively throughout our meal. We shared four starters, which would, honestly, have been enough for a meal. All were tasty and delightful. The entree was branzino for two, and the fish was delicate and flavorful. We were too full to eat our dessert, but we took them home along with other leftovers. Moist apple cake with a side of cream frosting was just as wonderful the next day. Despite some very good general reviews in the past, we found the experience to be underwhelming. From having the waitress try to take her order with her standing behind our back’s to the mushy sausage, it was very little to brag about. We did like the rock shrimp salad and the beef tartare was good.In general the service was rather strange but the dessert was the highlight of the night. Since many of the items for restaurant week were from the normal menu, we found it disappointing and will move on to another restaurant in the future

I made a bar reservation for 6:00, and we were shown at two Bartools at the cozy end of the bar, immediately at 6:00. The ambience was gentle and dark, and the room is modern but warm. We were immediately greeted by a friendly server who wounded giving my girlfriend a free glass of wine just because. Overall friendly service, beautiful place and decent value. We will definitely return: Book a table now

The waiter totally ignored us. Never asked if we liked our food. One item ordered never came. They need to work on training their servers. Would not go back there

Actually I went to a.kitchen for CC Restaurant Week. The food was great. Oysters on the half shell were fresh and briny. Nice presentations
