This restaurant is attached to a winery with excellent chambres d'hote. Being near to the Spanish border the theme of the food is a French take on tapas, and very good it is too. As friends said, "This is happy food!" The restaurant is modern, with art by local artists on the walls and in good weather it's possible to eat under the shade of trees and sunshades in the pretty courtyard. The young chef is adventurous and the staff charming and attentive. Their Faugeres AOP wines are excellent. We are very lucky to be just ten minutes' walk away.
After a visit to a vineyard in the morning we were looking forward to a hearty lunch and this fitted the bill perfectly. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and presented with the varied menu. I chose the seasonal vegetable tempura as a change and was not disappointed. This was followed by an entrecôte steak that was well cooked and though it appeared small was very filling. All this washed down with their own wine. Service was not swift, but as the food was cooked to order this was not to be expected.
Beyond the cool cave beckons a delightful restaurant with an idyllic terrace. A warm welcome followed by attentive service. The noble wine produced by the good humoured vigneron Henri is of consistent and excellent quality whether Rouge, Blanc, or Rose. The menu with its roots in the locale neatly fits the wine list Abbaye Sylva Plana rules the roost here. We spent a lovely evening drinking, eating and buying here, Both food and wine are very good value too! Very well done Henri and team!
Went here since we were staying in Laurens on holiday and this place was highly recommend. The food was simply outstanding, very well presented, incredibly tasty and very reasonably priced, ticked every box. Further to this the service was good and wine lovely with their own local wine (10 euros for a bottle with your meal, 5 euros to buy in the shop, 13 euros for a magnum in the shop which I got!).Just excellent in everyway, highly recommended!

This is one of our favourite restaurants. The service is excellent as is the food and of course the wine! The food is often organic and picked from the garden the declinastion de tomate is to die for. A tapas menu is available too. . Very beautifully presented food that tastes delicious. The children's menu is very good all fresh and again beautifully presented. This restaurant is a real gem. You need to book as it gets busy
Somewhat off the beaten track, north of Bezier, this family owned and operated restaurant provides a memorable culinary experience. The food is locally sourced, fresh and tasty, and attractively presented. The wine is from their own vineyard, and an excellent accompaniment to the meal. Service is swift and unobtrusive, and the bill was surprisingly low!
Friendly wait staff, good food, relaxed atmosphere. Reassuring to see so many local people in the restaurant. Small well stocked gift shop connected to the dining room. The wine selection was a good one from the area.
Good food from a family run restaurant, excellent wines from owners own v"bio"ineyards. Always a choice of fish available which is not always the cause once you get away from the coast.
