The owner of Abc-Knödeln is an amazing individual. Although he's a busy man, he always takes the time to answer his calls. I run a small knödel shop in CBD Sydney, and I've faced some challenges due to COVID with my supplier. I reached out to Peter, and he invited me to visit his factory, which was fantastic. He still made time for me and was incredibly helpful, saying he could assist with my difficulties. He truly saved me—thank you, Peter! You're the best!

This is the first time I've encountered this issue with the products and dumplings I purchase from your company. Generally, I find the taste and quality to be very good. However, I recently discovered a small rock in the meat of one of the dumplings. It might be a good idea to enhance your quality control processes, as this poses a serious risk if swallowed or bitten into. Kind regards,
