Overall, the BBQ was quite good. The sauces were all flavorful, and the pulled pork, which was very finely shredded, soaked up the sauce nicely. However, for nearly $30 for the two-meat combo, there was a generous portion of pulled pork, but only about 2 ounces of brisket, which was disappointing considering how delicious it was. Perhaps they were running low on brisket? If that’s the case, they should offer full portions or stop selling it! The cornbread, priced at $2, was rather small—about the size of a cupcake wrapper but only half as tall. You get a lot of food for the money so a lot of value. The collards are pretty darn good. I didn't notice a smokey flavor or smoke ring on the brisket but it was good nonetheless. The other pork and sausage were good as well. The spicy sauce did have a little kick to it.The staff, including the owner, I assume, were great and very friendly. It was a comfortable environment and not overly noisy like a lot of places here. Prices are on par with other restaurants in the area. 2 people could share a multiple meat platter of you're not super hungry or are older with a lighter appetite.
Awful BBQ experience. The brisket was extremely dry, and although the ribs appeared to have potential, they were also dry. None of the sauces were enjoyable, leaving nothing to counteract the dryness of the meat. The cornbread was overly sweet, resembling a cupcake more than anything else. Overall, a complete waste of money.

Amazing brisket and baby back ribs!The prices are quite fair and everything we ordered was great. We got the combo meals with brisket, baby back ribs, and chicken thighs. Their Mac and cheese were also very tasty.They have great hospitality and service.It was busting. Factual.
THE Best BBQ Ribs my family and I have ever had, and my brother is a chef. Really good quality meats. Sides could use improvement, but that’s not what you’re here for. Incredibly flavorful and loose ribs. Great job.
The food was fantastic, and Laurie provided us with outstanding service. During a quick visit to Tahoe, I found this place to have the best brisket I've ever had. Thank you for making our experience memorable!
Everything there is phenomenal, from the atmosphere to the staff and the food. I highly recommend it to everyone. I'm from Georgia, and the next time I'm in town, I will definitely come back.
