Ordered a pizza, took it home, looked underneath and it was overdone, lots of black. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I live too far to run back immediately but 2 days later I was close enough so I went in, showed picture, had my receipt asked for replacement and was asked when I bought it..two days ago and the guy said I should have called right away. He wouldn’t replace pizza but said I could get a discount. I guess he couldn’t figure out that I’ll never go back and I eat lots of Pizza so who is losing here?
I ordered an old fashioned tomato pie and asked for a lightly cooked crust . I had it delivered. It was completely burnt and could not be eaten. I called they thought it was a joke. I figured well I'll give it one more time I called again ordered it same thing and it was horrible this place has gone to the dogs I will never order again the employees were rude and inconsiderate. Rating is a -1.
After living in Levittown for 18 years, this was our first time ordering from here. The food was great, and the delivery was super quick. I opted for contactless delivery since I was busy working in the backyard. A special thanks to our delivery driver, the gentleman with the gray beard and Eagles cap, who called to let us know our order had arrived. Much appreciated!
Ordered a pizza and a chicken parm. The chicken parm was so burnt it was totally inedible. How do you actually put a piece of chicken out for consumption that even looks burnt (black). On the other hand, pizza was good. Chicken parm is in the garbage.

Believe it or not this dive bar has some of the best pizza. Mind you they allow smoking so you have to deal with that. So you can get six hot wings $4.95 plus 50 cents for blue cheese... Where can you be the price like that?
Ordered mozzarella sticks(paid) at 715pm tonight while the kids were still bowling. Waited until 810pm and still no food and left. Told the counter what happened. Not the first time this has happed with this staff either
Love this place. Great mozzarella sticks and even better homade family recipe sauce. Staff is always friendly. My little dude loves their spaghetti and meatballs too. Thank you Band Box for always being awesome.
The food sucks! Was so bad not cooked mushy-sampler platter took back and got my money back it was so bad my 8yr old can make better food
