Quality spot, we still hanker after what could be called 'British ' curries and Ajmers offers that style sauce but the meat is cooked superbly you hardly need a knife for the chicken and lamb dishes (the ones we 've tried the most). Staff are attentive, and we really liked how they dial the heat up and down on a dish depending on what you like. Our last visit represented three different tastes (hot, medium and mild) and all loved their food. Having tried and rejected about 30 curry houses in Sydney we were really happy to find Ajmers (by accident it has to be said) and have eaten there a dozen or more times in the last couple of months and never been disappointed.
