A Hidden Gem! The food here is outstanding. Our group of four ordered a variety of dishes, and each of us tried everything. Every dish was equally delicious and highly recommendable. Tulin, Gina, Tarik, and Sam were fantastic hosts—friendly, personable, and professional. Alev is definitely a must-visit dining experience. Thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be back. This is the best filet mignon shish kebab I've ever had in New Jersey. The menu offers something for everyone. If you're a meat lover, you must try their lamb chops and filet mignon shish kebab. For those who prefer fish, the salmon and branzino are always cooked to perfection with a crispy finish. Forget about the overpriced Cheesecake Factory; even the desserts here are homemade! Be sure to try their Turkish custard—it's a must!
I found the prices to be unreasonably high for a dinner for two. Paying $70 for just some rice and meat doesn't seem fair, especially since utensils and napkins weren't included with the takeout. Additionally, when I parked in their lot, a staff member came out and gave us attitude for parking there for a few minutes while we picked up our food.
Parking: The best chefs of Turkey . So delicious food. Especially for meat lovers, I recommend ALEV Choban Sautee with bulgur. This is mind-blowing. I am speechless. What a hidden treasure! The menu was conveniently left in our mailbox, and on a spontaneous decision, we decided to check it out. The food was incredible, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a cozy little place, so be sure to call ahead to secure your reservation. You won’t regret it!

I visited for the first time and was impressed by both the food and the service. I opted for a late lunch, but I want to mention that if you're seeking a cozy atmosphere, this might not be the right spot. The food is definitely worth it, though!
