The staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming, friendly, polite, and professional. They were very accommodating, allowing us to charge our phone next to our table. The drink selection was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean, and our visit was very relaxing as we watched the world go by from a lovely view overlooking Harrogate. I would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment.
Lovely pub. Just popped in with friends after afternoon tea at Mama Doreen’s. We weren’t keen on the Sauvignon Blanc we bought for £21 so a really helpful gentleman called Adam helped us choose another wine with no additional cost. His customer service skills were excellent and I feel he will go far. Thanks Adam. You do a great job. Friendly with a great attitude in knowing what it takes to keep the customer happy
Nice large pub with plenty of seating throughout for different group sizes. The atmosphere was nice enough despite being almost empty on the evening of my visit. The bar staff were really friendly and engaged in genuine conversation and the range of drinks available is good with sensible prices. Plenty of screens visible throughout if you want to keep up with sport and it’s a nice place for a no fuss drink.
I really like the alexandra, it's a little out of town, but is a good place to go sport. we went back in september when we were in the hotel next door, it was a quiznacht and we had a good laugh. the personal is friendly and there are many seating areas. if you starve also good pub grub to reasonable praise. I had the chicken cakes and chips that were really nice and just about £7. worth a visit. Book a table now
stylish, welcoming pub at the rande of the city. this is a relatiw large, stylish, inviting pub, which is just a short walk from the city center. a nice selection of lays and ales. friendly staff. large seat area. in september 2014 there were drinks after the arrival at a 1-day visit and evening concert in harrogate.
Philippa booked us an excellent table for seven of us and a Labrador, for our tea on a Saturday, really nice food and very quick service, we had some fussy eaters and everything was spot on. Thanks to all the staff, and thanks for the dog treats for pippa. We would definitely go back.
When we visited, the restaurant wasn't busy, but it was clear that social distancing measures were in place. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely eat here again.
