I have a gluten allergy (coeliac) and ordered from here for the first time today. The people who work here are amazing, I was put onto the manager straight away who took my order derectly. When I went to collect the food, everyone was friendly and polite. They knew my name, found my order immediately. They knew about my allergy and the food was clearly marked and labeled. I've never felt so comfortable ordering takeaway before and the food was delicious. I actually cried a little with the first mouthful (yeah I know, but it's true) Thank-you everyone at Wagamama for being wonderful and keeping me safe in eating your delicious food.
we were very satisfied with our visit to wagamama harrogate and will definitely return. the vegan options were great, and didn't really feel like a thinking how they can often, and all meat substitutes were amazing both taste and texture. we had not long to wait for our food, and the staff was all very friendly. this was our first visit in a wagamama (long overdue! and was a painless simple experience, only need more chipstick practice. highly recommended for vegan and non-veganers alike and can not wait until a wagamama close to hull open up!
the staff was very helpful and efficient. eating was excellent. the first time at each wagamama and my taste buds had not experienced such joy for the old.
simply delicious. large service; not often they can eat fast from such quality.
