Lovely food and drink as usual. The service here is usually five star, when your glass is empty they ask you if you want another which was great. This seems to have gone by the way and you have to go to the bar for every drink now. still good but not as special Visited again after the above review. Another excellent night. The pizzas were amazing and there was table service which was great. Updated to 5 stars
I want to thank the staff at The Half Moon for a wonderful experience. I booked a table for my daughter's 30th birthday tonight. Despite being so busy with the bed race event, they still provided excellent service and delicious food. The atmosphere was lovely and the service and food were top-notch as always. I highly recommend trying their food. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time at The Half Moon. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee was excellent and the salted caramel and pecan brownie was amazing. Tom and his team were very friendly and welcoming. This is one of our favorite places, whether we come as a couple, with our dogs, or with friends, we always enjoy our visits.
Had the meat and cheese sharing platter with a nice pint of guiness. Food nicely presented on wooden platter, lovely cheeses and meats with olives, bread and a lovely spiced tomato pickle Enough food for two people. Can't wait to eat there again, top notch. Book a table now
Cosy and friendly pub! Good meat and cheese platters, and the pizzas are fabulous. Beer choices change depending on what's good, but there are a few staples if you're not a confident beer trier. Wines are pretty good too!
Nice little pub near the river. Close to the Mother Shipton area. Nice choice of ales and gin. Weekends wise to book for food. Nice rear garden and outside seating at front, friendly staff,relaxing and Quiet
A pub run by young people. Warm, welcoming. With a very nice little courtyard in the back. Excellent cutting boards. The beer is good. But where in the UK is the beer not good???
