We were seated in probably the worst seat in the house when we had reservations. The table was uneven and shaky. Server noticed this as she nearly spilt our drinks because of it and didn’t even offer to move us. She was nice though. Food was just okay. Server told me chef suggests medium well for flank steak. When it came out it was cold in the inside and purple. When I asked she said I told you medium. Either way it wasn’t medium it was rare to raw. Offered to remake it but I didn’t want to be that customer. For them to claim to be Argentinian. Don’t go there and expect an Argentina quality steak. Chimichurri was good but that’s hard to mess up. We left a generous cash tip, but when I checked my credit card statement I saw the server went ahead and added a 20% tip to my credit card as well on a large bill. I called and they corrected it, but they are very likely doing this to many other customers. I was a waitress and at least where I worked, this kind of “mistake” is intentional and keyed in manually. Very dishonest would never return. Food was average. Edit: I talked to Michelle, one of the owners, who was very apologetic and said this hasn't been a recurring issue. Had I talked to someone like her the first time, I would've been much happier with the experience. Thanks Michelle!
Fantastic dinner experience. Have dined here before and love the quality of the food and the ambiance. Service was particularly exceptional. Our waiter Tyler was super knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and so personable. He really took the dining experience to the next level. His recommendations of braised short rib and Chilean sea bass special did not disappoint. Packed full of flavor and pleasantly plated. The chocolate caramel tiramisu was top tier and we even got to try to chocolate Bundt cake with peanut butter whip which was rich and decadent. Overall a great date night find and fantastic dinner experience.
First time here with my husband for a date night and we were blown away!! Can’t believe we’ve never been to this place. Service and food are amazing. We got the empanadas, short rib gnocchi, and the pasta duo and LOVED everything. Also took home dessert which was delicious. Will definitely be our new date night spot. Always a beautiful experience when I dine here. The service is professional but personable, the food is truly some of the cities best, and the cocktails and wine are stellar. One of my fave places to dine in the city and possibly the state, tbh.
