I did not appreciate the service at this restaurant; it was terrible. The staff seemed to ignore new customers. It was my first time dining there, and while I was outside waiting, I wasn’t sure what to order. When I went inside, I still wasn’t attended to. I raised my hand several times, but the taller girl, who looked quite disdainful, ignored me while serving other customers. Eventually, I was assisted by another girl who seemed just as indifferent. The table I was seated at was dirty, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The patio was also unkempt, with leftover water everywhere—how lazy! One day we stop for a coffee and everything started from there next thing I came out with my first Atol de Elote soon we tried the food and many friends now joined the legion of customers for the delicious food and variety they have to offer daily with a friendly staff who always receive you with a smile
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant and would like to commend the kitchen staff for their outstanding work. The food is simply delicious, especially the pupusas. The bakery items are also fantastic—everything I've tried has been wonderful!
Really bad service they took about 35 minutes and forgot two pupusas of cheese. When they gave me them they looked mad. In the cheese pupusas there wa also vegetables in specifically Ceppilin they tasted bad.
