I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found it to be a mixed experience. The food was decent but didn't quite stand out, earning a solid 3 out of 5. The service, however, was exceptional, which definitely enhanced my visit, receiving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was average, providing a comfortable setting but lacking any distinctive charm, so I would rate it a 3. Overall, for the price range of $10–20 per person, it’s a reasonable option if you prioritize great service.
The restaurant offers a nice selection of meats for tacos. I tried the carnitas, al pastor, and buche. Unfortunately, the al pastor was quite bland and lacked flavor. The carnitas were good, but the buche really stole the show—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of buche, it's definitely worth trying. I also ordered Asada Fries and Cabeza Nachos, both of which were delicious and served in generous portions. I’ll have to return to try the tripas. My only disappointment was with the seasoning of the al pastor. On the plus side, the service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly.
The tacos were so disappointing that I ended up giving them to my dog. I took a bite of the tripa taco, and it tasted undercooked and chewy. I just tossed it aside. The sauce was a bit of a saving grace, but overall, it was a definite no for me. I left the other taco for my dog as well. My girlfriend also reviewed this place and mentioned that they claimed she works for a competitor. It seems like any other restaurant would be a better choice. Now, I’m off to Taco Bell!
The burritos are tasty, but cutting them in half creates a real mess, especially if they’re not cut all the way through. When you try to pull them apart, the whole burrito falls apart, and they don’t even provide forks. I think they should just serve them whole, like Chipotle does. They shouldn’t cut them in half unless they’re going to offer forks! Food rating: 1.

Burrito is 12$ and it's delicious comes with 3 sauces that's great and limes that compliment the steak well. Chicken tacos are also delicious and stuffed with meat. I visited last week and wasn't impressed with the tacos. The meat portions were quite small. I prefer Tacos El Patron. I do have a receipt from my visit, as I noticed they sometimes doubt the authenticity of reviewers who claim to have eaten there.
