Actually a beautiful place. Opening times that are incorrect are published on the Internet. We hiked there for 2 hours, then in the afternoon in August we stood in front of a closed door “room hours” . Very sad. Quality and reliability, that's what Switzerland once stood for. Those times are probably over. Very unfortunate. So on to Italy.
Food still good value for money ok. Unfortunately, service is no longer what it used to be. No customer orientation, very little hospitality and attention and sometimes even unfriendly. We didn't feel welcome. Larger groups (despite reservations) are apparently not welcome. Very unfortunate.
Thank you very much, also for the table as requested, we had a wonderful day on the Alp today. We were welcomed very friendly. We even had a short tour by the managing director of the newly renovated company
Beautifully decorated restaurant in “grandmother style”. Service is good, staff politeness could be better. We will definitely stop by again.
