"This restaurant has excellent service and the food is delicious. The pandebonos and buñuelos are unlike any others I've had at different places."

The food was served cold and lacked flavor. When we requested chorizo and potatoes, we received a plate of French fries and some sliced chorizo for $6.75. This restaurant is more of a fast food establishment. In addition, the owner charged an extra $1 on my credit card. I accidentally left my sneakers there after a pedicure, as I was wearing flip flops, and when we called the next day, the owner claimed they were not found. I advise staying away from this place as the owner is dishonest. The fast food here is also overly expensive. Save your money and support a more trustworthy establishment.

The service at this restaurant was very poor, lacking in compassion. The owner should understand that it is better to replace a spilled coffee than to lose a customer. I ended up paying for a coffee that the girl had spilled because she did not have enough money, and the owner cried over the spilled coffee. I gave her a $10 tip out of pity. It is unfortunate that the owner of Alchemy Bakery lacks the needed empathy. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will warn others to do the same.

There is no way to rate this restaurant. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The response I received today at around 9:40 am was "I DON'T HAVE TIME", when I was the only customer and asked for a green juice. This restaurant will never reflect the high quality of Colombian restaurants in NJ. Save yourself the time and do not visit this place.

I am deaf, and I was surprised that no one knew sign language at this restaurant. The cashier was rude because I couldn't hear her, and she didn't understand me when I asked for ketchup. I believe there is a clear distinction between the words "butter" and "ketchup." Burger King was closed, but I think next time I would rather wait two hours for the same price.
