Though the exterior of America’s Best Wings doesn’t look very appealing, the interior failed to impress as well. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, and the customer service was lacking. I ordered a cheeseburger combo, but the ground beef was tough and tasted like it had been freezer burned. The fries were mediocre, and the soda was flat due to a lack of carbonation. When I brought this up to the cashier, a young man with a noticeable limp, he claimed he had fixed the issue, but the soda still tasted bad. After a closer look, it seems this place could use an inspection by the health department.
My mother in law just went to this restaurant to pick up her food when she was told she did not pay for it prior to picking it up when she did. Their was a young Caucasian female that was extremely unprofessional. She called her a black b and toldher to get tf out of the restaurant and that she was going to spit in her food throw it on the ground and stomp on it. Securityhad to be called and nothing was done with the employee. This is extremely unacceptable and I would not recommend this locationto anyone else.
I ordered 30 wings and a large fries from America's Best Wings. Half of the wings were lemon pepper and the other half hot parmesan. The wings arrived hot and crispy, and the flavors were excellent. The fries were also still hot. The customer service was excellent, even on a busy night, as they managed everything smoothly and efficiently. I’m happy to say I’ll definitely be returning to try more from their menu.
I ordered the lemon pepper catfish with rice, and unfortunately, it was overly salty this time. I've had this dish before, and it was never like this. After some back and forth, they kindly made me a new one. As you can see in the picture, this one is less yellow than the first, and it tasted much better. However, the rice was still disappointing; it was over-seasoned.

I ordered 30 wings with a large fries, splitting the wings between lemon pepper and hot parmesan flavors. The wings arrived hot and crispy, bursting with great taste. Even the first ones I ate were still steaming. The customer service was outstanding, despite the busy night, with everything handled smoothly and accurately. I would definitely come back.
There are a lot of children in the place the young man waiting on the paying customers has his girlfriend behind the counter. The other kids with them cussing and the people spending money has to wait outside of the store for their food. You need bettercustomer service for the money that we pay.
This was once my good to place for a cheesesteak sub. I went there today and ordered a cheesesteak sub for myself and my coworker and OMG. It was awful. I called and the guy said to bring it back. I will never go there again. Waste of my money!!!!!I really want to give this place a minus zero.
Awesome customer service and very nice food. I love this place. Specially there wings are so good. I recommend everyone to go there.

This place truly lives up to it's name. Their large fried whole chicken wings are unequivocally the best that I've ever tasted.
