I first reviewed the American Pasta Factory when it opened about 4 years ago, and I loved it then. I love it even more now. Since then, we have had our daughter who has a milk protein allergy, so any kind of animal milk is a no-no for her. However, I can still get her almost any type of pasta here because they take allergies seriously. My daughter can have any pasta she wants without cheese or in the red sauce. The food is always fresh, tastes great, and is affordable. I give it a 5 out of 5, just like always. I love this spot, keep up the good work guys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The pasta was excellent and the pizza was outstanding! The staff was very friendly, and I believe the owner was helping to clear tables and was very pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! The service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I give it a 5 out of 5 for each category. First time there for us. Pasta was excellent. We make our own from scratch so we are pretty good judges of authenticity. Vodka sauce was excellent. Flavor was southern Italian cooking, which embraces the flavor and doesn’t kill it with spices. I learned to cook Sicilian from my father in law years ago. They do a good job.
We recently visited American Pasta Factory and had a great experience. The pasta and ingredients were very fresh, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The Mediterranean special was outstanding, but you can also build your own pasta dish. Plus, they have parking available. Definitely worth a visit! Book a table now
