Generally I love Ametis but recently ordered for a party. I got 12 pizzas, 6 plain and 6 specialty I also ordered what they called a Sandwich Platter for 79. I asked all the specialty slices be cut into 16 pieces but they were not cut as asked. Also the sandwich platter was just 10 individually wrapped sandwiches in a box. Not what I would call a platter these also were not cut into 6 peices as requested. So for my party we were all disappointed at the presentation and the extra work we had to put in to correct and I thought this is what I was paying for. My daughters, my husband and I always order from Ametti’s for pick up. Over a week ago my one daughter and I decided to dine in…we ordered the grilled chicken Cesar salad personal pie. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked how much longer and I was told they were still working on it. After another 5 minutes the pie comes out with just lettuce. At that point I asked for a refund for the pie (not the drink). The young lady took my information and said that she would give it to her manager that I should see my refund back on my credit card within 2-3 business days. I’ve called twice to speak with a manager but he/she hasn’t been available and I never did receive my refund.
Easily the best pizza in pequannock. The closest to something I'd have in Brooklyn... Meaning it actually has flavor.VnJ had a great reputation but it tastes like cafeteria pizza. I don't get it. Very bland.Hoboken pizza was also bland.Reading the bad reviews about this place, it's about everything but the food itself. Kind of d when it's not a dine in place but whatever. The food is excellent and I've never had an issue with the staff. You really shouldn't be interacting with them anyway other than picking up a pizza. If you pick fights with people over the phone then order through an app.
This is hands down my favorite pizza place. The ratio of cheese/sauce/dough is perfection and their specialty pies are all amazingly done.I love when friends have come from out of state, tried the Ameti's and had to bow down that it was better than any pizza they have ever had.

The food is very good but we ordered pasta w marinara and said “no meat or cheese” and it came w cheese. We called and asked for a refund and they hung up on us. We called back and they said that our note was confusing. So this place doesn’t care about allergies
The staff is rude and very inconsiderate of my needs and the food is burnt , stale has no taste and arrived like warm. They over charged me and they have no cooking ability.
Their pizza always tastes incredible. I particularly love their individual slices, as they provide a satisfying portion. They also offer great deals and reasonable prices.
For pizzeria style pizza, it 's pretty good to me. Has its off days but mostly it 's been decent enough there, to have their pizza, over others in the area.
