Angelica's - Table reservation

Here for my mother's birthday and had a terrible experience. I would like to point out that it was my second time in this restaurant and the first time that the food service was great. The second time, the food or should I say, appetizers were great. We had to wait for pasta for almost 2 hours. We all ordered pasta because they told us they had no fish all night. There were tables that sat after us that got their food before us. When my parents complained about the long food, our waiter said it would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the food comes and my father asked for the check, because it was almost 10:30 and we didn't want to eat that late. Food was fine, but much too expensive. The atmosphere is bad; too many tables crawled into a small area. We practically sat at tables with us.
