The food must be exceptional, there is no doubt that Michelin remains an institution. But simply passing through the village, some conversations with the inhabitants of the village we will have cooled. This restaurant defeats the local population and does nothing to offer affordable menus, as is sometimes the case when bistro formulas are offered in a room or a separate establishment.
