Everyone knows Applebees isn’t a 4 star restaurant. Ok. But, they can still strive in other ways such as actually doing their job right. I ordered dessert to go. They burned my blondie into a crisp then decided to put it at the bottom of the bag under my other desserts. I had to go back out in the cold just to get another one. Then when I get the other one, they had given me a half scoop of ice cream. Smh, it’s sad actually that these businesses play with peoples food and money the way they do. If you don’t want to work at Applebees then don’t work there, simple as that . Also, just do the job you were hired to do. That’s the bare minimum. People are so lazy and careless, it’s disgusting.
I can 't deny, until this trip my wife and I hadn 't visited an Applebee 's in over twenty years (yes, years) because the service was so awful. All this time later and this visit was more of the same! We sat at our table for over an hour before we were even greeted and given glasses of water! When our order finally came, it was both cold and incorrect. Not once did anyone apologize or even explain why. Never coming here again...fool us once...
If I could give a lower score, I would. Absolutely worst service I ever received. Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Waited 10 minutes for refill of our tea and then had to stop another waitress to get it then.
We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The two-for-$25 steak deal made it very budget-friendly. It can be challenging to find a place where you can enjoy a nice meal out without breaking the bank.
