I've always had positive experiences at Applebee's, making it my go-to spot when I'm traveling and want to avoid any disappointments. Last night, I dined at the bar and, as usual, had a great experience—just what I anticipated! The staff was cheerful and efficient, which created a pleasant and lively atmosphere. Applebee's is known for its consistency, and this location certainly lived up to that reputation!
I placed an online order but it wasn't ready when I arrived, and this Applebee's doesn't offer curbside delivery. The text link they provided didn't work, indicating that no order was found, so I had to go inside to pick it up. I had made the order 45 minutes prior to my arrival, and it was not busy at all at 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon. I'm very disappointed.
Waited 30 min after the app specified for my to go order. A group (6 other customers) were told they were backed up, but I hear this every time I go there. This was my last time. Food was cold, so it had been sitting most likely. At least two staff members thought is was better to stand at someone’s table and talk for 10+ min while we waited.
Awful service! It took 20 minutes just to get a drink from the bar, and during that time, I saw the bartender chatting on her phone. The waitress was equally disappointing. I've now been waiting 45 minutes for a salad. I definitely won't be coming back. Book a table now
My best friend and I went here for lunch, and our waitress Kelsey was amazing, she checked on us, she made sure we got everything! i got the Whisky Burger and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here!
Overall pleasant dining experience. Food is always good and fairly priced. Service is usually very good. Clean and friendly people.
