Service was horrible. The server acted like it was a burden for him to take care of 4 adults and 1 child, during the entire visit he looked not interested in taking care of us. Drinks were way late, bar drink way later. Long after drinks only 1 appetizer arrived, the 2nd one came 10 minutes later and was wrong and overcooked. An hour later the food finally arrived. During this visit the hostesses were the ones to refill drinks. Also, when I returned the incorrect and overcooked combo app to the manager, Kayla, she argued with me that the hockey puck top cheese layer on the Spinach dip was spec to them. the host is complicated. I left my own and woman waiting while I was supposed to be our daughters for 5-10 minutes as soon as I gave him my name, he says, okay we come on put on us "the lobby, the filthiest that I have ever seen a restaurant dunning area. literal müll all over the floor. that is not exaggerated. the first thought in my head was when it is this unbreeding here, it must be disgusting in the kitchen. bless the heart of our waitress that she needs to find a new work game. this applebee has fallen, is a more shameful way. pitiful and terrible is how I would describe this place. photos are published by this catastrophe from a place to eat.
From the host to management was bad. We went in there was maybe 8 people. When we asked for a table for 7 he laughed and said it would be 20 to 30 minutes. We asked why because all tables were empty the little boy laughed again and said because I said. The manager came out and had the same attitude. He said their were people ahead of us. We asked where he said in his tablet. Literally was nobody else waiting. I know times are hard and help is hard to come by but with that kind of help you would be better off to close the door. You are probably only making enough to pay the light bill.
Service was good. Restaurant wasn't busy. Our server was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was cooked well however over seasoned and the onions and mushrooms were sitting in a little pool of oil. I did clean my plate (as sid my wife) minus the onions and some of the scraped off seasoning.

At one point in time was one of the best places in town. Haven't been in awhile with covid and having a newborn. Stopped by and waited for ten mins for someone to greet us while multiple employees stood around. Has really raken a turn for the worse...only got two stars for sentimental purposes

we always had good service to today! I waited 30 minutes to wait when there weren't many people in there because they couldn't find our server! almost an hour waiting for our food.
