Let me start off by saying that I do not drink alcohol. Given the quality of the food I received at this Applebee's, I believe it must be consumed with alcohol to be enjoyable. I ordered the unlimited boneless wings and was disappointed with the quality. The first plate came with boneless wings, fries, and coleslaw. My first issue was being served with plasticware, which I was not happy about. The wings were lackluster, the fries were cold and stale, and the coleslaw was not up to par. It seemed more like shredded lettuce with some sort of dressing. When I mentioned this to the server, her lack of concern was quite off-putting. We received are drink order and placed appetizers and dinner order. Got appetizers and salads within 10 mins. Waited another hour or more for steaks. Not once in our wait did anyone come to our table to refill our drinks or say why the wait. Finally when our food arrived we were all tired and just asked for to go boxes for 4. They brought us 1 box. Asked again got 3 more. Paid $100. To eat salad and half of a appetizer a piece. Cause once we arrived home we found our potatoes not done, broccoli still hard,all 4 steaks were rubber. Like warmed in a microwave Waited over an hour for food that was either under cooked or over cooked. Totally bad visit.
Absolutely awful experience. The restaurant was filthy and the menu claimed to offer a variety of dishes, only to find out they were out of half the items. The service was slow and unfriendly, with our steak being overcooked and the fries arriving cold. We ultimately decided to leave without eating. The restaurant tried to compensate by offering a free appetizer, but only if we purchased a meal. Overall, a terrible experience and I will never return. If I could give zero stars, I would!

The person who brought out the food was delightful. Saw her deliver to a couple other cars and she was great with them too. The estimate we got for when the food would be ready was accurate. Everything we could have asked for.

I expected better. I ordered the 2 for 25 to go. The bacon cheeseburger was ok, the fries were cold and soggy. I thought they forgot the celery for the boneless wings then I found 2 hot pieces under the wings they were nasty. I ordered Fettuccini alfredo as our 2nd entrée, it was bland with almost no alfredo sauce. My fault for tipping extra when I ordered take out, your loss I wont be back.
The service at this restaurant was awful. The waitress was rude, our appetizers were brought out without us being told and were not good. We only received our drinks after our meals, and had to ask twice before they were brought to us. It was a terrible experience. We will not be returning. Additionally, our salads were brought out with our entrees instead of before.
Meal was ok. Service was great. My wife had ribs. She likes the flavor but they were like they were fixed the day before. Portions were smaller. I had Bourbon Street steak. Was alittle tough and you only got one side. Not like it once was.

Easy parking. Was seated right away. Service was good, the prices reasonable, and the food was served in a timely fashion. Nice bar area. Pretty standard menu. Will probably return when football season begins.
we ordered everything they can eat without bones and fries. the wings were good, but a little overboiled and hard and pommes were cold. we had strawberry mango margaritas and they were amazing!
