My boyfriend and I recently visited this location instead of the one in Dearborn, and I must say we will definitely be coming back to this location from now on!! Firstly, the hosts at the door were extremely friendly! Tori made sure we were welcomed and Serenity ensured we had a great seat at the bar for my boyfriend to watch the game. Our server, Alivia, was absolutely delightful! She engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us some fantastic recommendations! We ordered the bourbon streak steak and the half rack of ribs, and the food was exceptional, a solid 20/10. We have (almost always enjoyed Applebee 's, and we certainly did at this last visit. Party of 3, food was good the 'brownie bites ' made a nice dessert. To be sure, meals are less of a bargain then they were at one time (and most the desserts seem although large enough to be shareable , but that is par for the course these days. Service is typically Polite, Friendly, and mildly inexperienced: but, again, this is normal for most restaurants, and does not at all 'spoil ' the meal. Came in Sunday Dec 17th. Sat at the bar. The bartender wasn't friendly at all not the usual bartender that's been there forever. Wanted the Christmas special and was told no longer serving them although there still available at the Westland location for car side to go and pickup. Super annoyed by her and the situation. Called headquarters.

The last 5 or 6 times I been in here I been having to deal with the nats an sticky bar area. I love sitting at the bar the girls never clean or wipe down the area when customers get up an leave. Please get your staff together on wiping and cleaning. Everyone always standing drinking whatever an talking clean up the resturant.
the food was great. steak and burger cooked to order perfectly. waiting they could use a little improvement. sauces and cutlery were forgotten and filling on drinks never offered. but who says she wasn't new or had only one day off. she was very friendly, but and they ordered correctly. clean food: 5/5

The host, Tori, was incredibly friendly and attentive! She was very accommodating when I requested a booth and we had a pleasant chat for about 5 minutes with great conversation.
