The atmosphere was quite loud. While the staff was fantastic and the food was enjoyable, it felt like the employees were underutilized and there were several rude customers. It's important to show respect to those who work hard to serve us; it contributes to a better experience for everyone. I give 5 stars solely for the incredible staff.
I visited this restaurant for lunch on Tuesday and felt sorry for the two waiters who were handling the entire establishment. Despite the heavy workload, they remained cheerful and did their best. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste fresh; it felt like the dishes had been reheated from the previous night.
We had a late-night date at Applebee's, and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed the food which came out fresh. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was also very clean.
I sat right away, even though they were very busy. Eating was good, waitress was very nice. I'd definitely come back.
