Over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table and simply greet us and take our order after the lunch rush before the dinner rush on a Sunday— the rest of our section was empty. Server came out and walked past us to clear a table as if it needed to be turned over quickly although the section was empty. Still no greeting. Went inside to ask when we would be seen, 3 servers looked at each other and exchanged comments “no one went to greet them” — although servers are assigned in section or rotation and there was a hostess present who is supposed to notify said person it is their turn. This location is very unprofessional and unorganized. This is the second time I have went to this location and nothing ever done right. Expectancy of a tip but the service is not fulfilled properly. The server placed me on hold and came back to tell me they have viewed the cameras and seen that the food was in the bag. This was a total Lie! How can you even verify what was in the exact platters? I do not recommend this location for pick up orders nor eating in. Cross county is your best bet.
Sorry guys but , the restaurant need a Manenger … terrible stake, staff walk around talk to with Oder, leaving the customers waiting, my kids waited around 20 minutes to get a soda on the table, the food came cold and we wait a lot, the beer was bad and warm , until they change that I’ll never go back, I am filling sorry for the owner, so much money invest for nothing, change your staff before they close your restaurant
the personal is wonderful and the music is not bad. drink here were pretty good. However, if they are vegetarian or vegan, this place has little to no options. they have to order side products because each dish is served with a type of fish or meat for the largest part. it is applebee in yonkers. that's it. Overall, it is a good place to meet with friends and have drinks.

this is a good place to go on week night as it is not too crowded (I bet most people go during lunch because it is through an executive park). the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. it is a chain, so they know what to expect, but there is something for everyone.
Im usually very satisfied with this store, but, this time, I was disappointed. The chicken was stringy and the garlic potatoes lacked seasoning. The salad was limp. From now on, I will aoid ordering chicken!
Well packed, cooked as requested the steak was perfect. Garlic mashed potatoes were delicious Broccoli was a bit inconsistent some seemed under cooked. The ones cooked correctly were also delicious
The entire platter was incredibly delicious! I enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. Everything was so tasty! The meat was cooked perfectly, just as I asked for.

The dish tasted more like plain pasta rather than macaroni and cheese. It was dry and did not resemble the picture at all. Overall, I would rate it 1 out of 10.
The Mac and Four Cheese Mac Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders was disappointing. It tasted like water with a hint of cheese.
