My husband and I have visited this location before. We were told at the door that to be seated would take 15 minutes, unless we wouldn't mind seated at the bar. I preferred a table or booth, but I was truly hungry after 12 hour shift. We took the bar opinion, wasn't bad but due to COVID-19 I believe it's a bit too close for comfort. Food was not bad but the drinks wasn't as when we visited Applebee's in Pennsylvania, a little comparison cause they're the same Resterant. I've visited this location multiple times, and to be honest, it's not terrible, but it's not great either. The atmosphere is generally lively, though it can get a bit too noisy if you sit near the bar. The service was decent, and my waiter was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown; it lacked flavor and felt very watered down, especially the macaroni and cheese sauce. The chicken was quite good, but there were only three pieces on top of the pasta, which was supposed to be mac and cheese. While I can't say I will never return to this location—there are other items on the menu that I like, and the overall service was acceptable—I definitely won't be ordering that dish again.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The ribeye steak was tough and chewy, while the garlic potatoes and broccoli were served cold. The hamburger lacked flavor and the patty was very thin. We had to wait a long time for our server, so we eventually asked the manager for some salt and pepper, which were oddly not on the tables. The prices are too high for such low-quality, bland food. We didn’t even want to take the leftovers home. This will definitely be our first and last visit.
Waitress was pretty good, but then we were served spoiled salsa which almost made my fiance throw up. The pico was also on the burger so we asked to have it remade since we didn't trust that wasn't spoiled too. They then charged us for a second burger, and acted like they were doing us a favor when they took it off the bill. I understand things happen, I'm not picky, but at least act remorseful and sorry that you served me spoiled food. 2 stars instead of one only because the waitress was nice.

We recently rediscovered Applebee's and have eaten at the restaurant three times over the past month. The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite selection so far is the Bourbon Street Chicken with Shrimp. It is served over a bed of grilled onions and mushroom. We will likely become regulars at the restaurant.
We got a table right away. It was crowded. Our food orders came quickly and our waitress was courteous. The food was excellent and the drinks were good. The only complaint i would say is it was hard to find my waitress when it was time to pay my bill. Other than that it was great service.
My server was eating her lunch in the dining area while attending to our table. I dislike how chain restaurants often don't provide adequate training, which led to my appetizers and entrée being served at different times. I felt rushed, and it was only 5 PM.
Celebrated my bf's birthday here. He got a free dessert which was pretty good. Was ice cream with chocolate lava cake. Before then we got all you can eat riblets/fries and shrimp/fries. I liked it I just wish we got more portions. But not bad for $14.

The young lady who waited on my wife and I was wonderful. The food was very good and arrived hot and quickly. The only problem we had was it took over half an hour to get two 16-oz beers. Apparently the bartender was too busy.
No complaints. The food was hot. The server was polite and very accomodating. The presentation was very good. Not busy at all so no wait time.
