I wish I could give zero stars. Boy this place has really gone down in every aspect. Use to be good food good drink n amazing service but now nothing about it males it worth coming here to eat and should be shut down for good. On forst walk in there was no host to greet us we actually stood there waiting for just about anyone for almost 10 mins. And then agter getting seated it was about half an hr before a server greeted us which is unfortunate because he seemed like a nice guy once he did come. So this trip was inspired by my daughter, who is very picky at where she eats and her brothers actually wanted to go to red lobster but her being the queen, she won that battle... lol but on this day she picked a winner... we arrived and didn't wait long to be seated which was great, we were taken to our table and within minutes our waiter approached us ready to take our order, again was great the place was somewhat crowded but service was running like a well oiled machine. My 2 boys tend to order the same thing everywhere we go burger and fries) and my daughter loves her ribs. Our drinks came early followed by appetizers, they didn't last long...lol then shortly the entrees arrived and ever...
I believe this location discriminated against me. First they let people that got there after me cut ahead (same party size). Second they failed to mention the drink special which sign says you get free appetizer, didn’t want to be a jerk or compromise my food so I didn’t mention it. Next they messed up the order. This meal took 2.5 hours and they brought 2 drinks in that time; because they completely ignored our table and did about 20 other things before grabbing the drink that’s been sitting at the bar. Several times I directly asked where’s the drink and they didn’t even acknowledge me. To top it off they charged extra for an additional item at the end that I didn’t order or receive.
We usually eat at this location after church and generally enjoyed the services, but we had dinner today April 23, 2021 at Applebee's. The waiter was attentive, kind and professional. Covid protocols were followed. It was a table of 6. The kids enjoyed their meals but I didn't enjoy my dinner. My Steak was not well done. The waiter gave me another steak and it was the same result. The outside of the steak looks done but once it's cut, it is very red which was a turn off for me especially when I am paying the bill. Having said that I think this was an aberration.

went here with my mom for some lunch. we did the 2 for $34 deal which came with one appetizer and two entrees. we got the spinach dip for our appetizer. the dip was really good but a lot of the chips were stuck together in clusters which was a bit difficult to work with. for my entree i got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was super delicious. i would definitely come back for this entree again it was awesome. however, my mom ordered the 6 oz steak and it was a flat sheet of meat. it looked like a porkchop and was really disappointing.
My experience was fantastic! The service was friendly, and all the food was delicious. I really wish there was an Applebee's in my country, Panama—I would go there every day!
