I was in the area and was looking for some lunch. I've had this spot bookmarked on Yelp forever. I was pissed because normally I would be ordering some pull pork but I gave up the other red meat since COVID. They have decent menu options. I was indecisive about which brisket deal to get and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful and and friendly. Prices were fair and reasonable. The restaurant wasn't set up for dining in and appeared to be more of a take out spot. I finally decided on the brisket sandwich that had this flavory sauce. I went home and heated my sandwich up a little and feasted. The bread was nice and soft and the meat was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surp...

So I usually eat at Pollo campero around the corner but man I am so happy that I walked a few more feet to find one of the greatest places I have had the liberty to eat at. I walked in to a beautiful smiling face that welcomed me in. Her name is Yami and boy she makes some yummy food let me tell ya. I ordered the Nacho stuffed kielbasa omg so delicious. I also ordered the Loaded Brisket Fries, just to let you know it's Devine. But if your ever around Inwood Long Island this is a must go BBQ spot. A Little pricey but worth the price your paying for the great food they serve. It doesn't matter if your a man or woman, you need to get a Little bit of Dickeys in you.

Service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. The music playing was loud and of Afro ethnic origin, making it difficult to hear the staff. Despite my requests, no one offered to lower the volume. Additionally, they were out of jalapeño cheddar sausage and did not inform me until seven minutes into my order. There was also no ice tea available. When my food was ready, they automatically put it in a bag without asking if I wanted to dine in or carry out. Utensils were not provided until requested, and they charged $2.99 for a cup of water. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and do not plan to return.

Overpriced, dry, and salty food. Service is extremely slow. Cashier kept playing with her fake eye lashes. Three inch eye lashes to work at Dickey's? Then see proceeded to hand me a cup, mind you, she touches the rim of the cup, has her dirty hands in my cup. Went to the bathroom while waiting 20 minutes to get a three meat plate ready. In the middle of the floor, which I tripped over as it was dark, was either a printer or register, some type of machine that was busted up and left in the middle of the bathroom floor. Go to Outback cheaper and better food. Book a table now

I was not impressed with the mashed potatoes, which seemed too watery in a plastic bag, and having to transfer the meat with gloves on was not appealing to me. I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times through Door Dash, and while the food was decent, the portion sizes were small. My first in-person experience was disappointing, especially in terms of the portion sizes. I would suggest improving the portion sizes. The service was for takeout, and the meal type was dinner.

someone needs to teach the butcher how to cut a brisket. you don't go WITH the grain you go against it. did they miss that in dickies barbecue training ?? obviously NOT FROM TEXAS. it was cooked properly but still tasted a little tough because it's not cut correctly.
