Restaurant had only a few patrons. We were waited on by Krista B. We looked over the menu and ordered two different Irresist A Bowls thinking they were $8.99 ea....they took an average amount of time to come from the kitchen, and were served at a good temperature. My dish had rice, my wife 's had Penne Pasta. Both were good portions. Went to west side Applebees tonight and our waitress was what we would describe as “tweaking” she couldn’t even write down what we were trying to order. She kept scribbling the same word and couldn’t form sentences. Customers with different servers got there food over an hour before we did and our order wasn’t right. The store manager was made aware of our concerns and the other staff was also aware and tried to help but couldn’t. The manager never once came up to our table to talk to us. When we finally got our bill after several times of asking she couldn’t process that we wanted the checks split so finally had to pay for everyone’s stuff just so we could leave. The total was $13.49 for what you see here: four chicken nuggets, each about this size. I mentioned to our server that it seemed ridiculous to pay so much when I could get the same for around $6 at DQ. She said she had no control over the pricing. Another server just laughed at our comments about the small portions. I understand that they might not be responsible for the prices, but at least one of them could have informed the manager about my concerns, as this experience could lead me and my family to take our business elsewhere. However, the food we received was actually quite tasty. The four-cheese mac and cheese, in particular, was excellent.

Located on the west side of Evansville, this place has provided us with some of the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. Ben here many times but it's really gone down hill. Honestly they do not have pepper shakers for any of the tables. Food was very poor and portions were very small. Wife had $19.95 ribeye and said it was terrible. Skip this restaurant and go somewhere else.
The online service failed to process my order due to a food shortage. The in-person service was even worse—extremely rude. I waited 45 minutes only to be informed that they didn’t have everything needed to fulfill my order. What a waste of time!
The food was good and well-prepared. However, the server didn't mention a children's menu, and I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink refill. It wasn't particularly busy, but the service was inconsistent.
