On top of that, we shared a $12 sampler platter that included three onion rings, three tiny hot wings, and about six deep-fried veggies the size of my pinky. At least the food was hot—so hot that the veggies were still burning our mouths five minutes after being served, but I don’t see that as a negative. The one bright spot was the bartender, Dani, who was attentive, pleasant, and understanding. She deserves four stars, but Aqua’s only gets one. I can understand why many Yelp reviews mention that diners came in with a Groupon. I won’t be returning.
At Aqua And Lounge Lake Forest, I experienced a minor communication hiccup with the waitress, but we resolved it quickly. The bigger issue was the noticeable understaffing. The waitress was juggling both serving and bartending duties, and with only two cooks in the kitchen, it was challenging to accommodate a large party dining there. The menu offers great options, but the limited staff affected the overall service experience.
We also enjoy Lulu's, the sister restaurant in Palm Springs. My wife and I had a fantastic dinner experience. Our server, Jacob, was outstanding. The wine selection was reasonably priced, and thanks to a wine sale, we were able to enjoy a premium bottle at a great price. I highly recommend Aqua for anyone looking for a relaxing dinner with delicious food and excellent service at a fair cost.
The server was very attentive, and we were seated promptly. The menu had superb choices for a hotel restaurant. The sirloin salad was amazing, and the salmon was not only sizeable but also incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back!

Had a little communication problem with waitress, but we fixed it. The main problem is that they don't have enough help. the waitress was also the bartender. They had two chefs and they had a big ban in the room.
Margarita Mike and miss Karen were a little disappointed at first that it was in a hotel but boy once we sat down and the band was playing and great food wonderful place recommend
Responsive Server, fast sitting, very good menu for a hotel restaurant. Sirloin salad was great. The salmon was very good and a generous part. We will definitely return.
The food at this place is amazing and provides great value! It's situated inside the Holiday Inn, but don't let that deter you. It was a wonderful surprise!
