First time at this place and kind of sad to see the potential of this place going to waste. The lamb barbacoa and the consome are very tasty. Cafe de olla is good. However, the tacos de cesos dorado where not the best, not even really dorados, it was actually just a soft corn tortilla taco. The chapulines where way too salty. The agua de tamarindo was very sweet and not flavorful, I doubt it had any real tamarind at all. The salsas are not really flavorful nor spicy. We also tried walnut pulque , it didn't taste like pecan at all, and had chocolate in it, that didn't made any sense to me. The restaurant look is not bad but there is no AC. The restrooms smelled and didn't look clean at all. T...

Barbacoa was great, but if I had a dish that I expected to come rice and beans unfortunately was just the meat and a consome (lamb stew), everything was served on disposable dishes that did not want to try so much of if I try, I could taste the smooth texture of the Cabeza, Pancita and Barbacoa, I order a mixture of meat plate. Place it itself was so empty, no decorations, nothing imagination, simply simple. Tvs are placed at every corner. Although the place was quiet and empty, let food say you were great, they give you this beside onions with hot Habanero sauce mix that there was a plus. Eating it yourself makes you forget the environment?. Excellent food. I hope everything will become nor...

The restaurant itself was very empty, lacking decorations or anything fancy—just a plain setup. TVs were positioned in every corner. Despite the quiet and unadorned atmosphere, the food was fantastic. They provided a side of onions with a spicy habanero sauce that added a nice kick to the meal. The quality of the food truly made me forget about the surroundings. I hope to return when things are back to normal and hopefully enjoy a better ambiance. Our total for two was $45, which felt well worth it for the excellent food. Book a table now

The Barbacoa was good just wished they would serve it with rice or beans but they just give you the barbacoa by itself with some Tortillas. The hot sauce wasn't spicy my favorite was the green sauce because it had a spicy yet lemony feel to it the red hot sauce was very bland and it wasn't as good as the green sauce. Also ordered a rice water (Agua de Horchata) it was good it made a good combination with the Barbacoa.

The barbacoa is pretty good, you get a small order of consome with 6 warm yellow corn tortillas, cilantro and onion, red green salsa, pickled onions, and about half pound of meat. The cost is $16.00, which is a little pricey if you ask me, but it's not bad, the meat is well seasoned and it didn't give me any heartburn from any spices.

Still one of my favorite taco places in the world! My top picks are the queso taco with lamb and the lamb barbacoa plate. Don't miss out on their pulque, a traditional alcoholic drink made from fermented cactus—I'm a fan of the coconut flavor. Enjoy! IG: kay_okay_eat

Good taste of food but I don't like it coming cold because serving it in thin aluminum and there are no regular dishes to eat everything is disposable and cheap The Service is OUTSTANDING thank you to Francisco for his attention and all the waitress great service. Book a table now

A bit concerned about the reviews, went to a week night and luck had great service, the lamb was delicious, we ordered a mix (Ribs and Lenden), and a fantastic appetizer. Great time!
