Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my lifetime! We ordered 3 meals and all was cold. Then my mother in a wheel chair asked for another meal because hers was cold and dude charged me for a meal then after that never made it more bright it to us! All employees went to back where they could not be seen by anyone and I raised my voice to get attention and no one came to the front! Worst Arby’s in America
Place smells very bad. Was dirty. None of the tables were cleaned, and the carpet has not been cleaned in years. The staff was just sitting in the office when we came in. No one else was in the restaurant. Ordered regular roast beef and cheese, the meat looked old( I hope we don't get sick). Would not recommend this place and will never be back. Only good was fries were fresh.
The food was good but we went through the drive-thru and they forgot to put one of our cheese cups in the bag and they acted like my husband and I were lying to try and get a free cheese cupwe had just spent 45 minutes I think a dollar more for an extra cheese cup that they forgot to put in there wasn't going to break us.
I’m not exaggerating when I say it took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. A girl inside was bragging about only taking one car at a time.I had time to pull into a parking spot after getting my food, and eat all of my food and two cars behind me, was still sitting at the box to order and had not been greated. I am a trucker driver and I stop here every week during the evening and the food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always so friendly. The carpet could use a good shampoo but you get that sometimes with older buildings. I will definitely keep coming back!
I’m truck driver I came here 3 times they have problems with mashines . 1 time on driveway no one attends at 5 pm so i will not come back again here today they don’t have vanilla shake bad
