Went there 8 at night only customer I ordered 3 beef cheddar and two French dip 2 medium fries. Nothing special not rocket science. I should have known!!! To look but after all this time I still hoped I didn’t have too. What a mistake you should always look. No fries cold food. Called the mgr sherika she wanted to make excuses for her employees not doing their job. I said I was your only customer!!! What could be more important than getting a order right. Well I get to drive all the way back to get the fries I paid for at $3.20 a gallon and a free meal.
I have to say, the staff here is exceptional! As soon as I arrived, I was asked whether I was ready to order or needed a moment to look over the menu. In contrast, other places nearby often respond with, "One moment please; we'll be right with you." Everything was made fresh to order, and my food was piping hot! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly kind. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for great service!
Worst Arby?s ever! The floors are dirty and sticky. The carpet is nasty. My pants stuck to the chair. Oh, and the staff lost my dine in order. I chose to get my money back rather than dealing with it. Is there another sound that you can make that is theopposite of the bell you?re supposed to ring when you get good service? Arby?s corporate should be embarrassed to let thislocation remain open in this condition!
Pulled up at 9pm on a Friday night, employees had all the lights off so anyone driving by would think they were closed. Tried to order two shakes, the employee over the drive thru speaker was rude and continued to talk over me before I finally drove away and just went to a different arbys. Definitely not worth going to, I’ll drive the extra miles and skip this one from now on.

The drive thru was closed so we had to go in to order. The tile floor in the lobby was sticky, like it hadn't been mopped for a while. Some of the condiment dispensers were empty. It was just like no one cared about the condition of the restaurant. Icouldn't get out of there fast enough. At least the food was ok
I bought 38$ worth of food last night. I live 5minutes away from arbys on Morse. All my food was COLD, all the fries were COLD , sandwiches COLD told them no sauce on certain sandwiches, they still had it. Asked for cheese for our fries and this is what wegot. Never again will I go to arbys
The floor/carpet was very nasty. A patron was cleaning the fountain area, as if he was an employee. Only one person handling the counter, which created a lengthy wait for a small amount of patrons. Don't think I'll use this location again.
I had a great experience dining in! Professional and friendly staff (especially Jerrica who was stellar) chicken sandwiches were everything you would want for a quick and tasty bite.

Anytime I come to this place the service is awful half the time they never even answer. I would not recommend going there.
