We visited on the evening of October 8, and while we expected quick service at a fast-food restaurant, it was anything but fast. I want to clarify that the delays were not the fault of the gentleman at the front or the lady who was preparing the food. The person I assume was the manager seemed more focused on taking out the trash and texting rather than assisting with the lengthy line of customers. I believe his name was Matthew, and he deserves a round of applause. He was the main reason we decided to stay instead of leaving, despite the distractions from the woman with the trash and her phone.

This is the second time we've visited this drive-thru during a ballgame in Cherokee, and we arrived by 9:45. We ended up waiting in line for over 20 minutes, during which several cars left in frustration. Despite our early arrival, the employees refused to take any new orders and chose to wait until closing time instead. My husband politely asked, “Excuse me, can you take our order? We were here before 10,” but they simply turned off the light on the menu board. When we pulled up to the window, it was clear that all the staff had vanished. The last time I visited ARBY'S was in Columbia, SC, before 2014, when I used to enjoy the Beef Cheddar a few times a week. Nowadays, I have so many options to choose from. You absolutely must try the ARBY'S in Cherokee, NC. It's amazing!
Left McDonald's after getting the worst service and Arby's saved the day. Staff was nice and food was hot and fresh. Exceptional service Arby's!!!!

My cousin and I had our dinner there today and it just was simply fantabulous. I had a French dip and jalapeño poppers.
