After ordering two fresh French dip with Swiss meals at 8:30 PM, we paid and waited for 15 minutes only to be told we had to wait for fish. When I informed the young woman that I hadn't ordered fish, she simply acknowledged this and closed the window. Ten minutes later, another male employee handed me two fish sandwiches that I didn't order once again. I clarified that I ordered the French dip with Swiss, which had been ready for 20 minutes, and was given my meals without any dipping sauce. Tonight was not a good experience with this location. I was asked to wait a moment when I pulled to the speaker, took a couple mins but that was fine. As I ordered I felt the order taker was annoyed with my 3 combos. I was asked to park since they had a wait on chicken for 2 of my sandwiches. Well that wait was just over 10 mins. I drive home (5 mins away) and my food was not hot at all. I didn't eat the fries as they were completely cold and my sandwich was warmish. My husbands gyro had no lettuce on it when I only asked for the tomato to be kept off. Needless to say tonight was a sad dinner. Normally not that bad, but I've never gotten great either.
The food here is consistently excellent! Although the drive-thru line is often crowded, the service is surprisingly fast. The meat is almost always fresh and delicious. Additionally, the customer service is typically outstanding. We frequent this place several times a month due to its affordable prices and high quality. I can't recall them ever getting our order wrong, except on rare occasions when they might have forgotten straws. Overall, it's a great spot!
Had to try their burgers, since I hear great things. Got the cheesy bacon burger and it was better than a lot of restaurant chains, no joke. Hearty full fixings and a juicy burger. Also, get the horsey sauce for your own good ??Only negative was no one was at the register for a couple minutes and a line started to form. Honestly not a huge deal, but could use improvement.

The restaurant only has a drive-thru option, and the doors are not unlocked, which is inconvenient. There should be a sign indicating where to pick up your food at the drive-thru. The food is excellent, but they really need management that understands how to run things properly. I was disappointed with the experience.
Came here for lunch today. Food looked and tasted amazing. They ended up forgetting our chicken nuggets so we went back and let them know. They ended up giving us a ticket for a free meal, awesome! Everyone was super nice and the food here is always good.

I really enjoyed the 7 oz. roast beef sliced wafer-thin with Swiss cheese and Arby's sauce. My wife ordered the Arby's cheddar.
