I have visited this location several times, but today was definitely my worst experience. We ordered at the drive-thru, and the employee efficiently repeated our order back. However, when we got to the payment window, the employee started asking questions about one of the items we requested. It turned out there was a mix-up in the system that placed our order out of sequence, with someone else's order going ahead of ours. We had to repeat our order again before the staff could resolve the confusion. I pre-ordered my meal, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to ask multiple times about the status of my order, and others who ordered after me received their meals before I did. It was supposed to be one of their advertised specials, so there’s really no excuse for the delay. I also tried to call the restaurant to address my concerns, but the phone number was incorrect and no one picked up. We really love Arby's for their roast beef, particularly the $7 deal for two sandwiches. Although we prefer our beef and cheddar on a regular bun, we're thankful to have an Arby's that's conveniently close by. It's refreshing to have a place like this, especially since so many fast food chains have turned into generic burger joints. We also highly recommend trying the curly fries. Enjoy!
This Arby's is amazing! The staff was friendly and offered fast service. The interior was clean and gave off a vibe more like a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast food joint. It's slightly off the main road, but it's conveniently located near a fantastic comic book store, Comic Quest, making the trip definitely worth it!

I've been living in Lake Forest for a few years and have visited this Arby's several times. Each experience has been excellent. The food and fries were fresh, and the interior was very clean. If it weren't for my high cholesterol, I would definitely come here more often!
I went through the Drive Thru, and it took an eternity to get through! To be fair, the woman in front of us kept requesting things, which really slowed things down. That poor cashier must have gone back and forth to her car at least half a dozen times!
Arby's has been one of my favorite spots over the years because I can always count on the quality of the food to be consistent. I especially love their cheddar cheese and stuffed peppers.
Order couple of sandwiches while waiting for my husband that was in the E.R near by, first I though huge line, then the line moved pretty quickly. Staff was friendly
