They had no straws!!!??? And they weren't telling the customers when they ordered so that they could decide before paying whether they still wanted the beverage. She literally took my credit card (money), was handling me the drinks (sweet tea and milkshake) through the window before she even told me. When I said something to her about it she told me, it wasn't a big deal and that you just tear a corner of the lid and drink it that way. She also literally said to me that no one else was complaining and that she didn't know why I was making a big deal about it. How are you supposed to do that with a milkshake?!?!?! The brisket was not even cooked, and a ton of mayonnaise made it inedible. All while some blonde girl in there yuckin it up with another employee and doing nothing else. Never again.
Food was good, but it was very cold in the dining area couldn't even take jacket off to eat because it was to cold felt like AC was on 50 degrees
the service was very slow. mac and cheese were cold. sandwiches were wonderful.
