I recently went to this restaurant for dinner and came away with mixed impressions. The food was quite disappointing, receiving a rating of 2 out of 5, as it failed to meet my expectations and lacked flavor. The service was decent and earns a 3 out of 5; while the staff were courteous, there were some delays in service. The atmosphere was average as well, also rated at 3 out of 5; it was a comfortable environment but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, given the price range of $10–20 per person, I had hoped for better quality in the food.
Packed as usual, my son and I were very happy and impressed. The staff was very patient with me while I was (still) deciding what we wanted to order, even though it was crowded they had lots of staff and we did not feel rushed. They even asked if weneeded any condiments or help with anything else. Very friendly and polite as well, good atmosphere.
The only drawback is its location in a mall, which tends to be quite busy. I was accompanying someone in a wheelchair, and it was somewhat difficult to get around. Nevertheless, I view the crowd as a positive element, and since it’s not the restaurant’s fault, I rated the atmosphere 5 stars.

The chicken tenders and sandwiches are pretty good. The chick-fil-a sauce is absolutely amazing. Their milkshakes and chocolate chip cookies are soooo good.
