My order arrived pretty quick. My hot beef and cheese sandwich and side of fries were ice cold. The sandwich was wrapped tight in paper, but when I opened it, the contents of the sandwich was spread all over inside the wrapper and very little between the bread. The sauce was leaked everywhere. So everything was soaked. I requested napkins and utensils but was not giving any whatsoever. There was no way I was eating this. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. It was my second chance with them, and both times I paid for a meal that was not edible.
I'm also disappointed that potato cakes are no longer available on the menu. I ordered crinkle fries instead, but while eating, I had to stop because I found two short, dark hairs in them. That said, the sandwich itself was delicious, though I couldn't finish the fries. I've never had an issue ordering from this place before, and I usually use the drive-thru. I'm not sure if the staff are just lacking patience for older customers or if the service has declined recently. Getting BBQ sauce was also a bit of a challenge.
I’m really happy to see this restaurant opening up. I ordered the Sweet Spicy Luau Chicken Sandwich, the double roast beef, and curly fries. There was a bit of a wait for the chicken, mainly because it was Friday and they were busy with fish orders. However, the food was fresh, and some of the staff were relatively new, but I didn’t notice any issues. I saw the bell ring four times before we left, so they’re clearly doing a great job. This restaurant is a fantastic addition to the area!
I was feeling hungry and wanted something tasty that wouldn't be too heavy or expensive for dinner. So, I decided to give Arby's a try since it's nearby, and I hadn't been there in years. I was pleased to find that the lobby was finally open! The cashier was very helpful in assisting us with our meal choices. While I was there, I noticed that the drive-thru was quite busy. Overall, it wasn't too bad—we ended up getting two small meals with a 9-piece nugget for $23.

Despite occasionally being understaffed, the team consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently and correctly. From what I've seen, the manager is a great person who genuinely cares about both his customers and his employees.
Arby's deserves 5 stars for the food in this order. Unfortunately, the driver only gets 1 star for dropping the order on the porch without any notification.
Super delicious and well packaged. They are doing their job well. Delicious.
Aside from a few dirty tables in the dining area, everything was wonderful!
