The staff really needs better training. When you order a $14 Good Burger meal, you expect it to come with the Good Burger sauce. If you don't have the sauce available, it should be communicated before we complete the payment for such an expensive burger. We got all the way home only to find out that there was no sauce included. My daughter was so excited to try the Good Burger, and we ended up being extremely disappointed. This was truly the worst experience!
Definitely not impressed. I ordered for my family and spent around $40. I didn’t receive half my order that I was charged for. The combo meals were not complete and missing sauces. We have tried to call the store multiple times to remedy this situation and have been hung up on every time. We will not be back.
Although, like many other restaurants, they have reduced the amount of meat in their sandwiches, the flavor remains exceptional. However, I believe they could benefit from adding more meat. The service was quick and efficient.
