If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!
This location has really declined. My brother and I have lived in the Rochester area for over 40 years, and we used to visit this place before heading to a movie. However, when we went recently, the lobby was closed at 1 PM, and they messed up our order in the drive-thru. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member looked at me as if I was the one in the wrong. It's safe to say we won't be returning to this location again.
I loved this arbys, but I don't want this place to go down hill. I enjoy the sides and usually get mozzarella sticks and curly fries. The last three times I went around 10pm and my food was not made when I ordered. It was fast but not fresh. It was really disappointing. I'll give the Arby's more chances and I hope my mozzarella sticks are made fresh and hot :
This restaurant has definitely declined since last year. We ordered two classic roast beef meals, but they only gave us the sandwiches and one drink. They also completely ignored us at the drive-thru and didn’t address the issue right away. At least they didn’t charge us for the full meals, only for what we received.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but there were times when the food was served lukewarm, which we would have preferred to be hot. Nevertheless, I had a very pleasant experience overall.
