Stopped here because it was close to the interstate. Ordered two sandwiches and two milkshakes. They gave us the sandwiches and then told us the milkshake machine was not ready. Gave us cups to get soft drinks. I told the manager there was a significant difference in price for the drinks and milkshakes but she either did not understand or care. Hubby did not want to argue because we were in a hurry. Crappy service. Food was ok. Left feeling ripped off.
I had a terrible experience at the Arby's restaurant I recently visited. The roast beef sandwich was of poor quality, tasting old and barely warm. The milkshake was bland and lacked flavor. The fries were also disappointing, as they were improperly cooked and became cold and greasy. I do not plan on returning to this location in the future.
The restaurant was completely empty. But I felt like I was being rushed to order. Some of my food was hot, and the rest was extremely cold. Never have I ever stepped foot in Arby's before, I will never eat there again.
Manager was nice, but nothing was filled (napkins, condiments, straws). And the men's bathroom was gross. Book a table now
Great food nice employees wish they had their motzarella sticks available online though
Service has improved drastically since last time I ate here... not bad at all
It was your standard arby's fare however it does beat McDonald's.
