I regret going to this restaurant. We ordered two double roast beef sandwiches and one classic, and as soon as we sat down, we were all quite hungry. My first bite revealed that the food was cold. My husband also took a bite and remarked that it felt like it had come straight from the fridge. Our daughter joined in, suggesting we should just go home and heat the sandwiches ourselves. We spent $29 on cold food, which is simply unacceptable. When we brought this up to the staff, they showed no concern, merely offering an insincere "sorry." We will not be returning, and I advise you not to waste your money here.
The customer service at this location needs improvement. The young lady who served us appeared disengaged. My husband received cold fries and decided to get curly fries instead, but they were cold as well. When he went up for a third time, they eventually made fresh ones and interacted with the manager. Unfortunately, she seemed inconvenienced by the request to ensure my husband's experience was enjoyable. This visit did not meet my expectations for Arby's.
The food delivery took quite a while, and the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. There were no napkins or condiment cups provided. While the food was decent, the service during our meal was lacking. Overall, the atmosphere left much to be desired. Prices per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would recommend trying the Roast Beef and Curly Fries.

The food was delicious. Even though I encountered a few unfriendly staff members, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that they were just having an off day.
The service here is consistently excellent! I stop by nearly every day, and every time I see Kambi working, she is always friendly and dedicated!
I had an excellent experience with the Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. The fries were fresh, and everything was served promptly.
