Arby's always delivers quality food and service, but during my visit, it was apparent that they were understaffed. The employees did their best, but it seemed like they could use a few more hands on deck. This may not be entirely the company's fault, considering the current challenges in finding workers.
Walked out, cashier ask us to wait. Waited 10 minutes and said forget it. Went elsewhere. Have gone to this Arby's before and was disappointed then as well. Will not go back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I must say, the fish sandwich was incredibly tasty! The roast beef sandwich with cheese, BBQ sauce, and crispy fries were also very enjoyable. If I didn't live so far away, I would definitely return to this restaurant!

30 minutes to get my food after ordering. I know they're short-lived, eating themselves was good, and people tried, but they were overwhelmed.
Historically we have loved the Arby's fish sandwich but not this year. The portions seem to have reduced and the fish was all dried out.
The top of my bun was COVERED in MOLD. How can you butter and toast a bun, then use it to make a sandwich and not notice it was green?
