After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price).
The food was very good. A little pricey but the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a private party going on so we had to sit downstairs in the bar area. Next time I would like to sit in the regular dining area or out on the beautiful patio.
This was my first time at Pampano. Overall it was great. Portions of food might have been a little smaller than expected but was delicious, and we really wish that happy hour was not just at the bar. But it's all good.
Came here for a friend's birthday. Drinks, ambiance, food and service were amazing all around. I walk by this restaurant everyday and finally got to eat there. What a hidden treat. Definitely coming back! Book a table now
I had the Crab Cakes (burnt!) But had to send them back, the Lobster Roll with fries (fries ice cold) had to send them back, the Salmon Poke delicious.

Fine seafood with a Mexican twist. Good service adds to the meal. Convenient east mid town location. Worth the typical pricey NY cost.
The party on the patio was very noisy and the staff kept opening the door, making our table difficult to enjoy. So we asked to be moved. Book a table now
