I ordered the family breakfast along with four drinks. A waitress wrongly accused me of trying to take the drink cups without paying. Even after I showed her the receipt on my phone proving payment, she insisted I had taken more than I paid for. I had to show her all my orders on my phone before she finally gave up, and she never apologized. Her behavior completely spoiled our weekend family breakfast. She definitely needs training on how to handle such situations more professionally.

As a vegan, I appreciate being able to select options to exclude eggs, dairy, cheese, meats, shellfish, and more, which is helpful in case any unwanted items were accidentally included.
I ordered curbside pickup for 2 pm but didn’t receive my food until 2:30, with no one coming out to deliver it. When I called the store, the phone rang through the automated system several times before disconnecting. As a result, I had to go inside to pick up my order, leaving my dogs in the car on a hot day. I won’t be returning to Panera Bread.
Visited the Dublin Panera, which I have visited in the past and it's been okay. Hard to get someone attention, etc. today I went in after work and James was great, apologized for the wait and was very pleasant. Made my day! Thank you James. I hope others follow his lead. Book a table now
I've noticed that every time I use a coupon for a "pick two" to-go order, they skip including the croutons. I'm not sure if this is intentional because I'm using a coupon, but this has happened to me multiple times. It's frustrating to experience such poor service.
The sandwich was poorly made. I ordered my son a grilled cheese and was on my way home to eat with him. His sandwich had an excessive amount of cheese and only a few bacon bits. You can see it in the pictures. I paid $3 extra for that bacon.
We strolled in about 30 min before closing. Team was patient with us and let us take the time to choose our food.Food came out fast and was delicious and they even made and put out fresh tea as the station was already cleaned up.
I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich. It came with chips The bread was toasty and the cheese was gooey delicious . The service was excellent and the Ambience was neat, clean and the music was soft and chill. Book a table now
